About me
Dawn Nicosia Buquet is a lifelong resident of south Louisiana. She started working in the Terrebonne Parish Judicial System one week before graduating from Nicholls State University with a BA in Government in 1993. The experience she’s gained over the past 29 years has greatly benefited her in understanding and applying the concepts of Louisiana Notarial Law.
